I think RRC connection reestablishment decision is taken by UE only. Network does not assist UE in rrc connection reestablishment. So UE can trigger RRC connection reestablishment but it will get successful with the cell in which UE context is already active.

Which message EnodeB will communicate to MME after Receiving the Reestablishment Complete message from UE. what else messages will transverse between EnodeB and MME, before sending Reconfiguration message to UE from EnodeB after Reestablishment complete message has been received at EnodeB.

Is DRX will by default present in UE?or will it be assigned by eNB?
If it is assigned by eNB,then in which message does it send to UE,in RRC setup or RRC reconfiguration or SIB2 message?
