We are looking for a young Technology Rock star as a CTO / Co-Founder, who can work smart, hard and fast in a rapidly growing mobile app based seed funded start-up. This start-up is a green field opportunity with a promise to create significant value
you must be a technology evangelist, with proven ability to make and scale things from scratch.
You are someone who understands the complexities of developing elegant mobile and web based products, the challenge of creating a simple and intuitive user experience, and can both build and manage a team as well as write code yourself.
This is a roll your sleeves up, build and lead a phenomenal team, and do more with less, type of thing. However, of course, you won't be expected to do everything yourself.
Should have had experience in e-commerce / internet space
Duties Will Include
• Ability to write codes / should be hands on with coding
• Team Management and Team building is the key
• Designing, building, and securing technology architecture, including defining the technology stack
• Work with the team and eventual product lead to define and build a simple, intuitive user experience
Education Requirement:
B.Tech./BE / MS from a premier institute in India or abroad.

3+ years experience
Supervised learning (Decision Trees, Logistic Regression, SVMs, etc) Deep-learning approaches (Neural Networks)
Strong in Hypothesis formulation and verification
Strong in Algorithms – Machine learning, Statistics
Proficiency in programming – Java J2EE
Programming with NLTK, R, Mahout
Worked on Distributed computing environment such as Hadoop
Exposure to NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB, Cassandra (huge plus)
Proficiency and Good understanding of open source tools and platforms
