eNodeB is one of the LTE network nodes and physically exist but cell is nothing but ground coverage in which an UE can connect to eNodeB. An eNodeB can support multiple cells while a cell can't belong to multiple eNodeBs.
In case of femto, there is only one cell while macro eNodeB supports multiple cells . As per my knowledge, a macro eNodeB supports 3 cells. An eNodeB is identified with global enodeb id while a cell is identified by physical cell identity.
