Let me know the freeware where we can design and webpage and can preview the corresponding html code?
my suggestion is use Komodo Edit, i think all editors are support you can design using HTML,CSS,Javascript, and preview only in browser "Notepad++, Just use google editors " Note this all are no Preview option.
