is there any specific events in LTE that support only interfrequency and intrafrequency HO ... kindly specify in detail how

So let me put in this way - if enodeB wants to configure interfrequency for a particular UE which event will he configure , is this configuration dependant on the software implementation, if this is so then say that A3 event is configured as per the software implementation then can A2 be implemented for interfrequency HO . any suggestion or clarification required

I can be possible that only one event can support both inter and intra frequency HO. This depends on eNodeB software implements.
Suppose an UE wants to perform inter frequency HO but is does not support a5 event measurement and support a3 event measurement then eNodeB can configure a3 event for inter frequency HO with intra frequency HO.

I dont think so, following is the list of events in LTE

A1 - Serving becomes better than threshold
A2 - Serving becomes worse than threshold
A3 - Neighbour becomes offset better than PCell
A4 - Neighbour becomes better than threshold
A5 - PCell becomes worse than threshold1 and neighbour becomes better than threshold2
A6 - Neighbour becomes offset better than SCell
B1 - Inter RAT neighbour becomes better than threshold
B2 - PCell becomes worse than threshold1 and inter RAT neighbour becomes better than threshold2

I was going through the measurement configuration sends from eNodeB to UE in RRC Connection Reconfiguration message.
I saw that multiple events have been defined and are used. Couple of parameters are considered to detect entering and leaving condition of an event for example event A1. Now I have a question "Threshold and Hys values are same for all the cell or it may different". Does the standard define the value of all these parameters or network operator defines ? If network operator does then what are points to derive these values ?

I came to know when an UE attach to network, it is configured for events A1 and A2 by default as part of normal attach. Is it correct ? if yes then why ?

A cell broadcasts up to 6 PLMNs, but in case of measurement results, UE can report up to 5 PLMNs why ?

Unlike for A3 and A5 events, for A6 event frequency offset is not considered while evaluating entering and leaving condition. Can anyone please explain this particular case ?
