Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Voice & Video Engineer for End User Unified Communications team.
This position will be focused on supporting end users on Voice & Video with Cisco Call Manager infrastructure and related Cisco based products (CUCM, IM&P, VM, Endpoints).
Responsibilities
Configuration, Support and Problem Resolution for Cisco IPT Solutions. (Call Manager, Express, Voice Gateways, Oracle Session Border controllers & SIP trunking, Cisco Video Infrastructure).
Supporting, troubleshooting, problem isolation and deploying Cisco Call Manager, SME, Endpoints and Video Infrastructure and Video Endpoints. In particular the latest soft clients.
Support of outsourced Audio Conferencing services
Perform maintenance & problem isolation on UC network infrastructure.
Responsible for Real Estate project implementations
Monitoring of voice LAN/WAN environment. Proactive response to alerting on issues.
