Required Candidate Skills :
Good understanding of object-oriented design and various software design patterns and frameworks.
Hands on experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, J Query, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, MySQL database.
Good knowledge on JavaScript frameworks and HTML5.
Knowledge on Android Platform will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of MySQL.
Knowledge of NoSQL database (MongoDB, CouchDB, etc) will also be an added advantage.

Understand customer & product needs (explicit and implicit) and align coding of program to deliver as per requirements
Communicate with customers on behalf of project manager for updates and query resolution when requested
Understand internal client needs (explicit and implicit) and ensure collaborative & healthy working relationships

Understand customer and reporting manager instructions and follow them in coding of program
Report self and team work status to reporting managers
