Good understanding of any RDBMS like Oracle, related utilities and tools, a good understanding of the underlying operating system and good knowledge of the physical database design.
Ability to perform both front end and back end performance tuning and monitoring.
Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis & Design.
Knowledge on Development of Apps on Mobile Platform will be an added advantage.

Job Description:
Gather requirements from various stakeholders and arrive at appropriate conclusion with the help of reporting manager.
Prepare the Software Requirement Specification and get it signed off.
Perform the impact analysis to check the after-effects of the proposed module/change in the existing application(s).
Decide whom to consult, and whom to inform during the course of the project, for various inputs.
Decide the communication plan, including the entire stakeholders as per the organization hierarchy.
Decide the most appropriate technology/programming methodology to implement the task at hand with minimum timelines with the help of Reporting Manager.
Prepare high level and low level design documents.
Prepare the various use cases and their corresponding validations and/or authorization logics.
Prepare the dummy application/prototype and get signed off.
Deployment on live server.
Perform User Acceptance Testing
Prepare the action plan for the timely completion of the task(s) at hand.
