Step 1: Get a technical co-founder. Yes, you read it right. You need it. It can be your co-worker, family, friend. You can also visit World's Largest Network of Entrepreneurs , to find a co-founder.

Your chances of being successful with your tech startup goes up when you have founders, who can bring different skills to the table.

Step 2: Agree on your role with your co-founder. Don’t leave it on assumptions and belief. Create a founders agreement. You can find the template on all VC websites. Take a look at Founders Agreements.

Step 3: Use of the shelve solutions, get all SaaS products subscription that can save you time from technical challenges. Example: For CRM tool, get Sales CRM & Pipeline Management Software , salesforce, etc. For Project management: get Jira | Issue & Project Tracking Software | Atlassian, Basecamp. For accounting get Online Accounting Software – Free Trial, Free Support | Xero or similar. Do not reinvent the wheel. Focus on what you do at best.

It is not a problem; if you are non-technical, however, you should understand what your limitations and a technical person limitations are. Be crystal clear that what can you do and what you cannot. Most of the startup fail because they fail to experiment or they experiment with wrong ideas and people.
