What is the maximum amount of penalty u/s 272a(2)(c) ?

Under section 272A(2)(C) penalty is levied if you fail to Furnish eTDS statement. The penalty u/s 272A(2)(C) is Rs. 100 per day and it is limited to amount of TDS. So the maximum penalty is upto TDS amount and cannot be more than TDS amount.
