As per the LLP act and Companies act 2013, the LLP is not authorised to issue any debenture to the public. LLP is same just like partnership firm the difference is only this is regulated by the ministry of corporate affairs and the personal liability of all the partner is limited to their contribution only.
So, in india only the company authorized to issue debentur. hence LLP can not issue Debenture.
