After about 15 years of journey in technology domain across the globe and enjoying various responsibilities from start-ups / small companies to MNC (Cisco Systems), took a big leap in realizing the Entrepreneurial dream in 2015.
FloCareer combines two of my passions: Technology and Education/Placement. Help job-seekers to find their best dream-job using assessments and analytiics and provide unique learning maps to achieve those goals - and help organizations to find talent efficiently using technology (online assessments) and human touch (pre-interviewed candidates by mentors) - a unique crowd sourced MenTech solution.
Networking, Virtualization, highly-scalable, distributed systems design -- are my area of interest in technology. Apart from technology, I love nature - hiking, camping, SCUBA; and long distance running. I am also a futurist and love astronomy & theoretical physics.
