ue sends s-tmsi in place of ue id in rrc con req, will this remain same in case of Hand Over ?

As per my understanding, during the execution of handover procedure, I don't see any reason to change GUTI from the network side. But once the handover gets completed, if tracking area id of the serving cell is different from the previously assigned TAI list, UE will initiate TAU procedure towards MME and it may assign a new GUTI to UE.
