Must it be done for sure . Will it be really useful for my child ?

Yes, it is important as Cord Blood is used for the treatment of more than 40 diseases.
I wasn't allowed to do one for my baby (Personal Reasons).

But I suggest if you are going to do, read more about stem cell before approaching any organisation.
