I'm 16 and 5'4 and I lift 5 days a week as well as conditioning, and I'm very fit.

Everything else is in good shape but my stomach... It sticks out and ever time I look at it, it worries me. I am also due one more growth spurt if that helps any but I'm very worried and don't know how to get rid of this.

Please someone help me.

I am assuming you have tried various Yoga related to the belly fat, few changes as suggested in the diet would be helpful.

  1. Warm water with lemon in the morning
This is one of the best, simplest and very effective remedies to get rid of belly fat. All you need is warm water, a few drops of lemon and if you would like, a dash of salt or a teaspoon of honey. It is very effective if you have it empty stomach, first thing in the morning.
  2. Chew raw garlic in the morning
Take one or two cloves, or more if you can, in the morning. Chew them raw. They are pungent and you may find it difficult initially but with time, you will develop a habit.
  3. Cumin water in the morning
Another alternative for you can be having cumin water first thing in the morning. Take a teaspoon of cumin seeds and boil them in water. Strain the cumin water. Have it warm. It is very effective in removing abdominal bloatedness and shedding off belly fat.
  4. Go for whole grains
Whole grains mean better fiber, more nutrition and more proteins and calcium. Intaking more fiber is very helpful in maintaining the health of your gut. Also, you must replace refined flour with whole grains as it is very unhealthy and can hamper your digestion.
  5. Stay away from chemical sugar
That is, only eat sugar in its natural form such as it occurs in fruits. Sweets, ice creams, sugar beverages, carbonated drinks and the likes are sugar devils and it is best to stay away from them. They increase your body fat, especially around your abdomen and thighs.
  6. Water, water all day!
Water is the elixir of life. It is a very effective tool to get rid of excess fat. Have at least eight glasses of water a day or follow the following formula to calculate your ideal intake as it can differ for people of different weights.
So, to calculate, check your weight in kilograms and divide the number by 30. Your answer will be your ideal intake in litres.
  7. Say yes to raw foods
Load up on as many fruits and vegetables that you can have in their raw form. Raw foods are rich in fiber and antioxidants and hence, very effective in losing weight.
  8. Sip on hot organic teas
This can include green tea, jasmine tea, cinnamon tea or any tea that is flavoured with natural spices. Sipping on hot organic teas is very helpful in losing weight as they are rich in antioxidants and trace amounts of many other vitamins and minerals

Two years ago after giving birth to my son, I was put on a birth control pill called: Low Ogestrel. I took this pill every day, but there was some times that I did forget to take it. Never had any pregnancy from missing those few times. But the past few months I have been struggling to remember to take my pill everday, there was some weeks I missed around 3 or so pills a week but when I would realize I missed my pill the past couple days I would imediately go and take my pill. I would remember for the next few days and then forget to take them for another couple days. Needless to say I havent been on track and taking my birth control pills like im suppose too in the last 2-3 months or so. I completely stopped taking my pill about a month ago, which was about a day or so after my last period ended last month. I have been having unprotected sex, and he has been ejaculating inside me since I have stopped my period last month. Today I know I am either late on my period or about to start at any moment, if I am late im only maybe 4 days late if that. Im not sure of the exact day of my last period. I plan to get a pregnancy test even if someone answers this question assuring me I probably am not pregnant, I just wanted to see if anyone out there can relate to my situation and read their experience. as well as if anyone knows what my chances are of me being pregnant. Looking forward to reading any answers I get, and thank you for answering!
