Ramayan and Ramcharit Manas both are hindu epic dedicated to the Lord Ram (Prince of Ayodhya).
Ramayana was written by Saint Valmiki at the time of Lord Ram whereas Ramcharit Manas was written by Saint Tulsidas in 14-15th century.
