USA does not have a post called prime minister, it has an equivalent post called President and the current president is Donald Trump.
Actually, USA has adopted the Presidential form of government which is quite different from the Parliamentary form of government. While the Prime Minister is the head of the government in a parliamentary form of government where as in Presidential form of government as prevalent in USA and France, the President is the head of the government. Hence there is no post of Prime Minister in USA.
