Bihar is a state of India which is on the eastern side. It is bordered by Nepal (a country) on the northern side, Uttar Pradesh on the western side, West Bengal on the eastern side and Jharkhand in the south. The capital of the state is Patna and has a population of ~100million or 10 crores as per the 2011 census.
