I went to the lake a few days ago with my family and we had a cookout. A family that looked like they were from the middle-east camped out next to us forgot their grill and we let them use ours since we finished cooking, and in return they gave us some of the chicken they had cooked. It was a yellowish color from what they'd put on it before they cooked it, and I was wondering what it was called that they were making?
