Muppets
The Muppets Studio, LLC (formerly Muppets Holding Company, LLC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company. It was formed in February 2004 after Disney acquired the rights to the Muppets and Bear in the Big Blue House characters from The Jim Henson Company
