An experimental sea-skimming ground effect vehicle
The vehicle was developed in the 1960s by the USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) to achieve fast flight which would avoid detection by radar. Its official title was Korabl Maket (KM). Similar low-flying concepts have been explored by a few other countries.
