Bermuda Skink
Spittal Pond Nature Reserve is the largest wildlife sanctuary in Bermuda. The skink is the only endemic land-living vertebrate of Bermuda. It is found in rocks around Bermuda but mainly in the Reserve; it has been listed on the IUCN Red List as critically endangered, with threat from habitat destruction, predators introduced by humans, and human litter. All options are listed on the IUCN Red List as critically endangered, but are not found on Bermuda.
