Jaeger reached the singles final of Wimbledon in 1983 and the French Open in 1982, and the singles semifinals of the Australian Open in 1982 and of the U.S. Open in 1980 and 1982. She won the French Open mixed doubles with Jimmy Arias in 1982. She won U.S. $1.4 million in prize money and millions more in endorsements in her career. In 2006 she became Sister Andrea, an Anglican Dominican nun, and is a member of the Episcopal Church and based in Colorado, USA.
