Papaya is the best of all the remedies currently available. A synthetic medicine for this is yet to hit the market.
Below is the step by step process to extract juice out of Papaya leaves which have been proven very effective in Dengue treatment.
Wash three healthy and fresh Papaya leaves to remove any dust or dirt.
Cut them into smaller pieces using a knife
Crush them into fine a paste either using a pestle and mortar or a grinder. Crushing it using pestle and mortar helps extract more juice than in grinder.
Squeeze the crushed leaves until the last drop. You can also use a sieve to filter it. Drinking the juice without filtering would cause no harm either.
The juice is very bitter to taste, thus add 3-4 spoons of honey which has got anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties as well.
