Once upon a time, some of the renowned musicians gathered at Emperor Akbar'€™s court for a music contest.
The one who would be talented enough to capture a bull's attention was to be announced the winner.
All the musicians played the most blissful music, one by one. But no musician could capture the interest of the bull.
After some time, Birbal took the stage and was successful in capturing the bull'€™s interest.
What was Birbal's answer?

Once upon a time there was an evil magician.
He took 3 women from their homes and turned them into rose bushes that looked exactly alike.
He put them in his garden.
One of the women had a husband and children and begged the magician to let her see them.
He agreed.
At night, he brought the woman to her house.
In the morning he came and took her back.
On same day the husband decided to go rescue her.
So he snuck into the magician’s garden.
He looked at the 3 identical rose bushes trying to figure out which could be his wife.
Suddenly, he came to know and took his wife home.
How did he know which rose bush was his wife?

One day, all the courtiers from Akbar's court were gathered in the assembly hall when one of them told the Emperor that all his valuables had been stolen by a thief the previous night.
This shocked the Emperor to his core as the place where that courter stayed was the most secured in the kingdom. The Emperor thought that it is not at all possible for an outsider to enter into the courtier's house and steal the valuables. Only another courtier could commit this crime. He quickly called Birbal to identify the thief.
Birbal thought for a while and successfully solved the mystery by identifying the thief in just one statement.
