Tarun gave Varun and Rohan as many liquor bottles as they already had.
Then Varun gave Tarun and Rohan as many liquor bottles as they already had.
Finally Rohan gave Varun and Tarun as many liquor bottles as they already had.

Now each of them have 24 liquor bottles.
