Total Investment=27000+81000+72000=180000
Ratio of investment A:B:C=15:45:40
If profit for B=36000 (ie 45% of total profit)
Then Total profit=(36000/45)*100=80000
Ans:Total profit is 80000

A, B and C started a shop by investing Rs.27000, Rs.81000 and Rs.72000 respectively
so ratio is A:B:C=3:9:8
Let x is total profit
Given B share is 36000
so (9/20)*x=3600
9x=36000*20
x=720000/9
x=80000
Total profit =Rs 80000
