First check Kevin's answers, if any one of them is true then Kevin is not going to bookfair.
In Evelyn answers, we kow kevin going to bookfair is false so other two are true. She is not the one.
In Peter's answers, C is false so other two is true. He is not the one.
In Anna's answers we know A is false so other two are true.
So Josh is the one.
