If A, B, and C now have the same amount of land, what does (b+c)/a equal to?

A, B, and C each had land: am^2 (m^2=square meters), bm^2, and cm^2 (this is c square meter, not square centimeter!) big. A sold 1/4 of his land to B, then B sold 1/3 of the land he had (after he bought land from A) to C.
If A, B, and C now have the same amount of land, what does (b+c)/a equal to?

If A, B and C have the same amount of land, (B + C) / A = 2
If you meant A, B and C had the same amount of land before A sold his land to B and B to C, the answer is 3
Assume A, B and C each own 12 m2
After selling
A = 9/12
B = 10/12
C = 17/12
This makes (B + C) / A => (10 + 17) / 9 = 3
