You have three mislabeled jars. one contains Apple jelly beans, another Orange jelly beans, and the third has a mix of both (not necessarily a 50/50 mix, could be a 1/99 mix or a 399/22 mix).

How many jelly beans would you have to pull out, and out of which jars, to find out how to fix the labels on the jars?

As they are mislabeled,

The jar which contain mixed label doesn't have mixed jelly's, hence take out a jelly from that jar, if it is orange jelly then stick orange tag on it.

On orange tag jar, stick apple tag(because apple tag jar should not contain only apple jelly's)

On apple tag jar, stick Apple and orange tag.

If the picked jelly is apple then answer is apple -> orange tag orange -> apple&orange, and apple&orange -> apple tag.
