How much did he travel on foot?

48 (1/3)= total distance = 48 (2/6)
29 (2/6) on scooter
8 (5/6) on bicycle.

So on foot distance
= 48 (2/6) - 29(2/6) - 8 (5/6) = 10 (1/6) km.
