Answer is either 2 or 1 more than the middle term. To decide if it's 2 or 1 more than the middle term we can check the difference between the 1st and 3rd term, and if it's even it's 2 more and if it's odd it's 1 more.

For instance in
9,7,4 the answer could have been 7+1=8 or 7+2=9. But since
9 - 4 = 5 (odd) the answer will be 7+1 = 8

So for 3,6,7 it will be 6+2 = 8 because 3-7 = -4 (even)

The last answer is the correct one.
Sorry sir.It's wrong.The system is not accepting the answer in my playstore app.Please give me a better answer
The answer is 10 and not 8. Someone has got it right. You add the first two numbers and from the answer younget, find the square root. To that you add the last number Eg 1,3,3 =5. 1+3= 4. Sq. Root of 4 is 2. Hence 2+3=5. Similarly, 3, 6,7 =   ?  3+6 = 9.  Sq. Root of 9 is 3. 3+7 = 10
Answer is 10
Hey, man. You had got it wrong. You are a complete liar.

1+3=4 √4=2 add last digit 2+3=5
9+7=16 √16=4 add last digit 4+4=8
11+14=25 √25=5 add last digit 5+10=15
20+16=36 √36=6 add last digit 6+12=18
Therefore 3+6=9 √9=3 then 3+7=10

Answer = 10

Use 1, 3, 3 =5 as an example

1 = 1st number, 3 = 2nd number, 3 = 3rd number, 5 = 4th number

1st number + 2nd number = square of 4th number - 3rd number

1+ 3 = (5-3) square
9 + 7 = (8 - 4) square
11 + 14 = (15 - 10) square
20 + 16 = (18 - 12) square
3 + 6 = (10 - 7) square

All you do is square root the sum of the first two numbers and add it to the third number.

1 3 3 = 5
1+3 = 4
2 × 2 = 4
2 + 3 = 5
