The student should say "I am not getting expelled from the school". This way if it is taken to be the truth he is going to be expelled making his statement a lie and if it's taken to be a lie then he will be expelled but this will make his statement true which of course will land him back to the truth case creating an infinite loop causing inaction as they will never be able to determine what he actually said. In other words say something that is a lie and a truth at the same time.
