In the time Pat's tree grows 3 cm, Jane's tree grows 1 cm.
(1 cm Jane's tree = 2 cm Ali's tree and 2 cm Ali's tree = 3 cm Pat's tree -> 1 cm Jane's tree = 3 cm Pat's tree.)
Pat's tree has grown 108 - 90 = 18 cm.
In that same time Jane's tree grew 18 / 3 = 6 cm.
Jane's tree is thus 90 + 6 = 96 cm.
