Red fishes to be removed is x

Total fish = 200
Red fish out of total fish = 99%(200)
= 198

To make the red fish percentage to 98%:
total red fish after removing = 98%(total fish after removing)
198-x=98%(200-x)
x = 100

100 fishes should be removed.
