Can you solve this simple maths MatchStick problem you are only allowed to replace the matchstick and not take them out?

Possible another solution is 15+1=16.
Another solution is 10/2=5.

Since they didn't say the maximum count for altering matchsticks, we could alter 6 matchsticks and arrange it accordingly by using all sticks.
We could get 15+1=16.
Similarly alter 5 matchsticks to get 10/2=5.
