so that they sum up to 100.
You Can use only + and -

For example for 0 1 2 3 4 sum up to 11

0 + 12 + 3 - 4 = 11

it is not the proper order of using digits....you should use 0 before 1 not after 9 according to statement given in question...

I think this sums upto 108 rather than 100.
