Let us say there are two natural numbers "L" and "R".
We performed eight operations on these two numbers as

Step-1: L = R
Step-2: L x L = R x L
Step-3: L^2 - R^2 = LR - R^2
Step-4: (L + R)( L - R) = R(L - R)
Step-5: L + R = R
Step-6: R + R = R
Step-7: 2R = R
Step- 8: 2 = 1

What is wrong here?

What isn't wrong here !!! LOL
Even if we take L = R which is not true if they are 2 distinct natural numbers, at the 3rd step you have 0 = 0 form. From hereafter whatever you do you end up getting one absurd conclusion after another.
In step 4 (L - R) is 0, so it will be like (L + R)*(0)=R*(0)
In step 5 0 is cancelled on both sides which is meaningless, hence wrong.

Numbers from 1 to 30 are written on a blackboard.

Add the first two numbers, and append it to the end, then erase the first two numbers.

For example, after the first time, the numbers become 3, 4, 5, ..., 29, 30, and 3.

Repeat this process until you get only one number.

How many addition operations are there, and what is the last number on the blackboard?

There are four different integers. Here are eight clues to help you find out what they are.

The sum of the three lowest numbers is 0.

The two lowest numbers are negative, and consecutive.

The highest number is the second-lowest number squared.

The difference of all the numbers (in order from greatest to least) is 9.

The difference of all the numbers (in order from least to greatest) is -17.

The difference of the two highest numbers is 2.

The sum of the two lowest numbers is -7.

The second-lowest number plus 10 is the second-highest.
