⇒ 6, 4, 5 – One number is correct but wrong place.
⇒ 2, 0, 6 – Two numbers are correct but wrong places.
⇒ 7, 3, 8 – Nothing is correct.
⇒ 7, 8, 0 – One number is correct but wrong place.

The answer is 052
Using 7, 8, 0 & 2, 0, 6 & 7, 3, 8 we can conclude 0 is in the first position.
If 0 is in the first position then in 6, 8, 2 "6" is not one of the numbers as it can't possibly be well placed because of 0. So 2 is the next number (8 is safely ruled out by 7, 3, 8) in the 3rd position (well placed).
In 6, 4, 5 we can conclude that 4 cannot be the 3rd number because then it would be well placed so 5 is in the 2nd spot ie., 052 is the answer.

Let the statements be A,B,C,D and E.
Now from Statements A,B,D we know that one of the digit is 2 and well placed(third place).
from statements C and E we know that another digit is 0 and its place is first in the code.
finally from statement B we now know that 4&5 are the remaining digits of the code and its is wrong placed
so, 5 is the second code.
Hence the code is 0 5 2
