A horse is tied to a fifteen-foot rope and there is a bale of hay 25 feet away from him. The horse however is still able to eat from the hay. How is this possible?

Only rope is tied to horse other end of rpoe is free , no matter how far it is.

15 feet is just the radius of his reach whereas 30 ft is the diameter of it's approach Ie., if the hay is within the 30 ft diameter of the circle it can be at certain times 25 ft away from the horse but still it can eat it.
