If I do something with 2 and 3 I get 11,
if I do the same thing with 3 and 4 I get 19,
the same thing again to 3 and 7 gives 52.

What would I get if I do the same with 4 and 5?

You get 29, you square the second number and add the numbers together.

Multiply the second digit with itself and then add the first digit to the total.
Example 3*3=9 + 2 = 11
Same way 5*5 = 25 + 4 =29
