0.3 + [0.5 (P)] => 0.8. 0.8 + 0.1 = 0.9 (centre tile)
[0.5 (P)] + 0.9 => 1.4. 1.4 + 0.1 = [1.5 (Q)]
0.6 + 0.8 => 1.4. 1.4 + 0.1 = [1.5 (Q)].

So P=0.5 & Q=1.5 could work.
