Primes less than 60 = 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41, 43, 47, 53 & 59. = 17 in number
Primes with at least 1 digit being 3 = 3, 13, 23, 31, 37, 43 & 53 = 7 in number
Therefore the probability = 7/17.
