What is the angle between the two hands of a clock when the time shown by the clock is 5:30 p.m.?

Dinesh was curious to know the angle between the hour and minute hands of a clock, so when he see10:10 in a clock he calculates the shorter angle between the hands.
Which time will also make the same angle between the hour and minute hand as calculated by Dinesh?

Angle of hour hand from the 12 position at 5:30 = 5.5×360/12 =165°
Angle of minute hand from the 12 position at 5:30 = 180°
Therefore the angle between the minute and hour hand
= 180° - 165° = 15°.
