All the three observations have common first 2 digits in the first number.
The third digit of the first number and the second number is the only variance among the observations.
This means

__0 × 6
__1 × 6
__2 × 9 are the ones we're needed to focus on. Since 6 is repeated twice here it has to be correct making 0 in the first and 1 in the 2nd observation wrong. This means 9 in the 3rd observation is wrong and 2 is right.

Therefore the correct answer is 102 × 6 = 612.
