24 km/hr=24000/60 m/min=40 m/min
40 m/min*12 min=480 m perimeter of park
(6+3)*2x=480 --> x= 30
6*30=180 m length
3*30=90 m breadth
Area= 180*90 m^2= 16200 m^2
