A ball is drawn at random from both the bags.
What is the probability of both balls having same colour?

Chance 1st bag is red = 7/12. Chance 2nd bag is red = 5/12.
Combined chance of 35/144
Chance 1st bag is violet = 5/12. Chance 2nd bag is violet is 7/12.
Combined chance of 35/144.
Chance of both balls having same color is 70/144 = 48.6%
