The answer is quite simple,
The boy would propose the girl any way he wants (ex. saying I love you)…

the question asked was how will the boy propose but not that how will he make the girl understand his proposal ;-)

So the boy can propose anyway he wants it would have been challenging if the question were to ask, how will the bot make the girl understand his love proposal
