dividing middle column by 4 and 3rd column by 2, and multipying the both term of row we get first column term

35 (20/4) * (14/2)
27 (12/4) * (18/2)
5 (2/4) * (x/2)

5=(0.5)*(x/2)
x=10/0.5=20
so the the missing number in the third row = 20

Missing number is 20

(first number / second number) * 8 = third number

(35/20)*8=14

(27/12)*8=18

Hence, (5/2)*8=20
