Answer is 300 grams
Let weight of honey be 'y'
and of bottle be 'x'
So
x+y = 1500-------(1)
x+(y/2) = 900
2x + y =1800-----------(2)
solving 1 and 2 ,
x = 300 grams
y = 1200 grams
